ADMISSION TO FORMAL EDUCATION

Parents Seeking Admission for Their Children to The School Must Please Note Carefully, The Pre-Admission Formalities:

1. Admission to any Class will depend on vacancies and will be done at the beginning of the academic year.

2. Age Criteria for Admissions 2024-2025

     Nursery:- Child should have completed 3 years as on 31st December, 2025 i.e., the child must be born on or before 31st December, 2021.

     LKG:- Child should have completed 4 years as on 31st December, 2025 i.e., the child must be born on or before 31st December, 2020.

     UKG:- Child should have completed 5 years as on 31st December, 2025 i.e., the child must be born on or before 31st December, 2019.

     STD I:- Child should have completed 6 years as on 31st December, 2025 i.e., the child must be born on or before 31st December, 2018.

3. Prescribed forms, which are to be filled in by parents giving details about initial eligibility of the child for application for admission to the School is supplied along with.

4. The required information should be entered legibly in the form. Form with incomplete or illegible entries will be rejected.

5. Transfer Certificate / Original Birth Certificate of the child or Baptism Certificate for Christians should be shown at the time of interview. Its PHOTOSTAT COPY is to be attached to the form.

6. No change in the child's date of birth will be accepted at a later stage.

7. A recent Passport Size Photograph of the child to be admitted should be affixed to the form.

8. Admission obtained submitting false documents, birth dates, and addresses etc. will be cancelled even at a later stage.

9. It is imperative that the admitted children be provided with the prescribed school uniform, bags, books and stationery before the session begins.

10. The parents are expected to make necessary arrangements for transport of children to and from the School.

11. Please do not bring recommendations for admission. Any such recommendation will be considered a disqualification.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED

1. Produce the original of the following documents at the time of admission and a copy of all the documents should be submitted to the office.

a) Birth Certificate of the child issued by Municipality/Panchayat. Hospital certificate will not be accepted.

b) Aadhaar Card of the Child

c) Proof of Residence: - (any one of the following)

• Voter I-Card (EPIC) Card any of the Parents
• Passport issued in the name of any of the parents or child
• Recently paid MTNL Telephone Bill / Electricity Bill / Water Bill in the name of any of the Parents
• Aadhaar Card / UID card issued in the name of any of the Parents or child.
• Ration card issued/smart card in the name of parents (Mother/Father having name of child)
• (Rent Deed will not be considered as a proof of residence)

d) Pan Card of father and mother

e) Aadhaar Card of father, mother and Child

f) Caste certificate, if SC, ST or OBC

2. If your child is granted admission, pay the required fees and secure admission on the same day. Since school fees remittance is made by cheque, kindly bring your cheque book.
